Charlton Horses

By Oldenburg and out of the TB mare Vulgans Eyes, Charlton Javelin was born in 1992 and went on to compete successfully in grand prix show jumping. Javelin was the sire of many successful sport horses, consistently producing athletic progeny, with a sharp, careful jump, trainable temperament and nice movement.

Waltz is an uncomplicated, fun horse that has been produced and competed by a junior rider.

Exciting dressage prospect. Stunning 16.3hh, 2007, gelding. Started his dressage career this season with marks consistently over 70%. Competing level 3 with wins and placings.

2009 16.1hh mare by NZ 2015 SJ Horse of the Year winner, Eurosport Centavous, out of Charlton Kiss. Super willing nature, free moving and really good style over a fence. Show jumping easily to 1.10-1.15m with the ability to go much further. The bigger the fences the better she jumps. Has been out winning and placing in show hunter this season.

2010 gelding by De Niro and out of Charlton Kiss. Approximately 17.1hh. Three extraordinary paces. Won the NZ Level 2 dressage championship at the 2017 NZ Dressage National. Competing level 5 with wins and placings. Gorgeous to ride and handle.

2010 gelding by Corofino II out of Kiwani. Approximately 17hh. A big handsome horse that has a very promising SJ career ahead of him. Currently competing in the 7 year old series. He has a great temperament and an amazing jump. This horse is turning heads everywhere he goes. Sold to Australia.

2011 mare by Prestige VDL out of Charlton Kiss. 16hh. Classical beauty. Very exciting young horse who consistently wins and places in all her dressage outings. A real head turner. Now competing at level 2 registered dressage with placings.

2011 filly by Charlton Javelin out of Abbacus. 7/8 TB. Gorgeous, athletic type. Another stunning young one bred to be an eventer.

2011 mare by Charlton Javelin out of Veracite. 2009 mare by Charlton Javelin out of Abbacus. 7/8 TB. Mature around 16.3hh. This lovely young horse is born to event. She is closely related to Joy Meyer's "Snip", who represented NZ in eventing at the 2008 Olympics.

2013 by Gymnastic Star out of Charlton Kiss. This filly has the wow factor.

2013 mare by Eurosport Heartbreaker out of Double Delight. Athletic eventer or show jumping type. Elite has the most amazing temperament and a super jump. A very exciting young horse.
